Once you have completed the apartment application, you may personally hand deliver or fax it to our office. Please note that apartments can only be held with application and partial payment security deposit fees.

Apartment Application Fee (Non-Refundable):
$25.00 Per Individual
$25.00 Per Married Couple
All Persons 18 & over must apply as a leaseholder.
(App fee required at time of application)

Apartment Security Deposit:
Only $200.00 for Qualified Applicants
(1/2 required at time of application)

Cat Deposit:
$400.00 –Refundable if cat has not damaged apartment.
(No additional monthly cat fee)
Cat must be spayed/neutered.
